We are a Husband & Wife team based in Miami, FL.
We make a combination of sweet & savory Croissant & Brioche goodies as well as Artisan Breads, like the Classic Baguette, Black Olive and Rosemary, Multi Seed and Multi Grain Country Loaf. We create a special flour blend that we mill and sift in house, creating a unique flavor experience.
All of our breads and pastry go through a long fermentation / sourdough process. This takes a little extra time, so we do require at least 48 hours for your order to process.
